Great location, close to 5a Avenida and public beach. New and well-maintained flat with new appliances and dishwasher. Friendly staff, especially Norma, Fernando, and Pedro. Pleasant swimming pool, fitness center, and barbecue area. Clean and functional facilities, including washing machines and dryers. Convenient beach towel service. Helpful administrator and concierge, Laura.

The apartment at Opal Suites was fantastic! It had all the amenities I needed, from a well-equipped kitchen to towels for the bathroom and beach. The terrace was huge, perfect for hosting a gathering. The rooftop pool was a highlight, and I also appreciated the free private parking and elevator in the building. The staff at Opal Suites were incredibly helpful and friendly, always providing prompt answers to my questions. I had a great stay and would highly recommend this hotel.
Although the communication before our stay was good, I had some difficulty getting essential information during check-in. The lack of a guest handbook left me unsure about the wifi code, the front door code for nighttime access, and how to refill the drinking water container.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, within walking distance to downtown and grocery shops. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a clean swimming pool, a gym, and a convenient parking area. The staff were friendly and helpful, despite the language barrier. The cleanliness of the rooms and the hotel overall was impeccable. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to the beach made it even more enjoyable.

The lack of cable TV, as it only offered Netflix with Spanish dialogue and limited YouTube access.
